Cobalt is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm and from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. There are separate kids and gluten-free menus too. Visit the Cobalt Restaurant website to view full menus for lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and Happy Hour. You’ll find Cobalt under the bridge at 28099 Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach. They’re serving up pretty much anything you could want – salads, vegetables, baked strata, omelets (fresh from the omelet station) and their delicious desserts. Eat inside in the airy, colorful dining area or dine out on the large outdoor patio, listening to live music as you sip one of their specialty cocktails. If you’re out on the water cruising around, just drop by and anchor in one of the nearby slips. Tucked under the Perdido Bay Bridge, every table has an amazing view of the bay for up close waterfront dining. With chefs working in three different kitchens, this contemporary dining establishment has been offering fresh, local seafood and much more for lunch and dinner for over ten years.
